Career & Skills Development Centre (CSDC) was established in 2013 in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, with a clear purpose — to provide high-quality, personalised academic coaching that strengthens conceptual understanding, builds strong conceptual foundations needed not only to achieve high scores in boards but also to pave the way for their successful future careers.
We specialise in Mathematics and Science coaching for students from Grades 8 to 12 across CBSE, ICSE, and IGCSE boards. Our small-batch model ensures that every student receives focused attention, continuous guidance, and structured practice in a calm and supportive learning environment.
At CSDC, teaching is diagnostic-driven and outcome-oriented. Each student’s learning journey begins with an academic assessment to identify strengths and gaps, followed by a customised improvement roadmap.
